Services & Rates

Our passion is caring for pets. Each new client service starts with a free Meet & Greet where we’ll gather all the information we need about you, your pets, your home and your specific needs & schedule so that we can create your personalized pet care service plan. All of your information will be kept securely on file so each subsequent service will be turnkey.

Professional Pet Care Visit

Our core service. A 20-30 minute visit to your home to care for your fur family. Every visit includes the following (specific details for each will be gathered during the Meet & Greet):

  • Secure entry via key or security code system
  • Proper feeding & treats as defined in your personalized pet plan
  • Take your pet for their normal walk or run
  • Administer medications if needed
  • Socializing and playtime
  • Clean up any inside accidents that may have occurred
  • Basic home services (bring in mail / newspaper, turn lights on/off, take trash out, etc.)
  • Make certain pets are returned to their proper place when leaving
  • Restore security system / re-lock doors
  • Send customized update & photos of your pet per your communication preference

Professional Pet Care Visit: $16 (cat) / $17 (dog) per visit

Disney Resort Visit

All the services from our Professional Pet Care Visit, delivered to the comfort of your pet-friendly Disney resort room, cabin or campsite! All you need to do is inform the front desk that we’ll be coming to care for your pet during your stay, and they’ll arrange a room key for us. We’ll stop by for a quick meet & greet once you check in, and then we’ll be all set to come care for your pup while you’re at the parks. A stress-free way for you and your fur family to enjoy your Disney stay.

Other Costs

  • Additional dog companions: add $2 per dog for each visit
  • Additional cat companions: add $1 per cat for each visit
  • No added charge for additional small pet / bird / fish companions
  • Administering medications: additional $3 per medication per pet (due to extra time & attention needed)
  • Holiday Rates: add $10 per visit on the following holidays:
    • New Year’s Day (1/1)
    • Easter Sunday
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day (7/4)
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Eve (12/24)
    • Christmas Day (12/25)
    • New Year’s Eve (12/31)
  • Reservations are required to be made 48 hours in advance. Requests inside of 48 hours, if available, can still be made with an additional $5 per visit
  • Payments are due in full on or before the first visit, or a $25 late fee will be applied
  • Payments accepted include cash, check (made payable to Paw Academy Pet Care), credit card, PayPal, or Venmo
  • Any reservation canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full
